Third-party license notices
The published TXT has the same contents as the third-party license notices bundled with the currently distributed Windows v1.0.1 build.
macOS packages also include THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt. The TXT published on the web is the Windows build's list.
Included third-party software and license notices may change when the Data Tool version is updated.
